Pardis Petrochemical Complex
This group of equipment works in high temperature and pressure conditions along with fluctuating temperature conditions. The high range of temperature, in addition to the fluctuating nature of pressure and temperature, in addition to common calculations in design, requires more accurate and complex calculations, and in many cases, this issue also includes creep and fatigue calculations. Also, in most cases, these equipments should be designed under the ASMe sec 8 div 2 standard, whose calculation process is far more complicated and accurate. In addition, due to the high temperature conditions, in many cases, these equipments require special refractory coatings as well as special alloys such as SA336 f11 cl2. Few in the world are able to supply and manufacture these equipments. For the first time in Iran, Asas Sanat Pars Company has succeeded in designing and manufacturing this group of equipment and has built two Molecular Sieve dryers with a design pressure of 88 bar and a design temperature of 305 °C, with a body thickness of 90 mm and an approximate weight of 95 tons. .
